Armand Rousso response to NYT story by Saul Hansell on a site, to clarify the omissions that were made in the story.

Armand Rousso wants people to know the whole entire truth, so please make sure to read the entire article if you have an opinion on the article written by Saul Hansell.

It is very unfortunate when anyone in the media releases something that could be potentially threatening to someone’s career. People often do not bother to find out if these types of things are true, because why would they need to wonder if something in print is true or not?

We really should not have to go back and research everything that we read, we should be able to read things at face value, but unfortunately often times this is not the case.

Just one of the facts that was twisted a little bit was what Mr. Hansell called Armand Rousso’s  “recent legal problems” concern his plea of guilty in 1999 to conduct that occurred years earlier, well before the company having the IPO came into being.  This is just one fact, you need to read the article to get the rest.Read the response from Armand Rousso that he has written on his site so that you can know the facts!
