I am getting ready to go on a real diet come the first of the year, and I keep hearing that I need to get a colon cleanse done, and that is just unsettling for me. I can drink nasty drinks and take pills and things of that nature, but as far as a colon cleanse goes I just do not know if I could make myself go through with it!
