I never thought about it before, but I think it would be a great Christmas gift idea to give someone the gift of investment. You can get silver bars from the Monex corporation, who has dealt in precious metals for many years. I think it would be really neat if you sent someone like your niece or nephew one every year for their birthday, so that when they grew up they would have an investment sitting securely within the Monex vaults. I may end up doing this for my nieces and nephews in the future, because although they may not appreciate it now, they will one day for sure!
