FSBO internet real estate channels
AgentChannels.com is looking for real estate agents who offer ala Carte services to register for free on their website. This site will allow FSBO (for sale by owner) buyers and sellers to look for these specific agents to handle legal business and paperwork for them without being tied to a long term relationship with the agent.
A survey conducted by FSBO Channels(TM) www.fsbochannels.com over a 3 month period, including more than 1,500 FSBO sellers, revealed a strong interest in using real estate agents who offered ala Carte services on an as needed basis. Most respondents said that having an agent assist them with MLS entry, contracts, disclosures / paperwork, and negotiations were the services that they would most likely use.
