I am amazed at how cheap houses are getting, and that is really bad for people like me.  I have a house that would be really hard to sell, not to mention the fact that I would end up with a huge loss from it if I could get rid of it.  If you are a first time homebuyer then this is the time for you because you can get houses for so cheap, however you need to make sure when you take a mortgage that you have a professional read it because of the fine print that started this falling trend.
