Sag Harbor

$110,000 seems really cheap for 2 acres of land, and a modular home with a basement doesn’t it?  That is how much my uncle is trying to get out of his home, which is in a beautiful rural area.  No one has actually been able to get a mortgage to buy this house, there have been a lot of people interested but no one can actually buy it.  It is really sad that people are not able to get the mortgages that they want to be able to afford a home.
