While I was on the subject of real estate school I wanted to point out a few different things.

You must remember that when getting into the real estate business it is not going to be cheap, you must have money to invest in classes, tests, and licenses.

My step dad went through all of these classes, and all of the licensing to become a real estate agent, and he is doing quit well at it.  It is a wise investment in a career, I just wanted to point out that it does take some money to initally invest in your career.
