The neighborhood that I reside in is getting a little strange.  Right now in my area it is a buyer’s market, meaning that homes are not selling well at all, and if you are looking to purchase now is the time because people are looking to make deals to get rid of the house that they are in.  The weird thing though is I was driving down one street away from mine and within a 6 block radius there were 10 houses for sale.  I know if I put my home up for sale, it would not sell soon at all just because of the economy, so I am just wondering exactly why are these people all trying to sell at the same time?
