If you have a baby seat manufactured by Bumbo International that you purchased at Wal-mart, Target, or another large retailer, please do not put your baby in the seat on top of a counter or table. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has received 28 reports of babies falling out of the seats, including skull fractures in babies who had been placed in the seats on top of a table or countertop. The seats are designed for babies from six weeks to twelve or 14 months - to me it would just be common sense not to put babies this age in the seats on a high surface.
