Bathroom Vanities
When I remodeled half of my house the only way I could get my wife to go for it was to redo the bathroom also. She demanded some nice stuff and she started looking through bathroom vanities and found one she loved. We have put so much money into my house now it is starting to make a dent in the wallet.
