Buying Land
If you ever thought about some investing then you should thing about flipping land. It is a great idea, you find some, lets say Tennessee land for sale, you buy it up and wait for people to move to the area, then builders pay top dollar for you land to turn it into a subdivision and you sell off the lots, you can usually make more off 2-3 lots than you did for the whole plot of land.
