Disney gives customer service advice
Have you ever had a complaint about the customer service at any of Disney’s theme parks? Seems like they’ve got a pretty good handle on what good customer service is, and now Disney Institute is offering training to other companies in need of a customer service facelift. I’ve got a few companies to nominate for their program.
