Sag Harbor

I would really like to expand on my home, but I think that really would not be a wise investment.  My kitchen barely fits one person, and while cooking it can be a real nightmare if anyone needs to get through to the fridge.  The reason that I say it may not be an investment is because the house value in my neighborhood drops year after year.  I really just need to get out of this place period!
