Apparently, there are a lot of people who don’t mind really, really hot weather. It seems Gilbert, Arizona is the fastest growing city in the country, with approximately 1,000 new residents a month. But even the fastest growing city is being affected by the down-swing in the housing market. This year’s median sales price is $306,500, down from $327,000 in 2006.
