I have a vested interest in this question: When it comes to selling your house, do you list it with a broker and pay a commission, or sell it yourself to save the money but potentially give yourself an ulcer? We are getting some work done on our house to get it ready to sell. And then we have to make this decision. So anyone out there have experience with either and woud like to give some advice?
