My economics teacher in high school always told me that it is unwise to put all your eggs in one basket. Investing too heavily on a specific stock that will falter is the number one reason people lose their shirts on the market. I was tempted by the big money returns of heavy investing in high-risk stocks, but in the end I read the market research and decided against buying Enron stock. Good thing for me, right?
