New home sales at 7-year low

New home sales dropped a bunch in August, down farther than we’ve seen since June of 2000. Not a good sign. Some experts are saying we’re heading for a recession; others say it’s just a slump. Are you feeling it at home yet? We’re planning to try to sell our house soon, and I’m more than a little concerned about the housing market.
