QE2 gets new career as floating luxury hotel

The Gulf emirate of Dubai has paid Cunard Line $100 million for the luxury liner Queen Elizabeth 2. The QE2 will enjoy a new career as a floating luxury hotel. The liner will be berthed at a palm-shaped artificial island and open in 2009. Well, I’ll just put it on my travel itinerary!
