Sales of new homes down 23% in September
The housing numbers just aren’t getting any better. In September, new housing sales went down 23% from September of last year. I guess it’s a good thing that we’re planning to sell a lived-in home soon, and not a newly built one. Not that there will probably be much difference. I’m hoping the slump is temporary. Am I being naive?
