A voluntary recall of fresh spinach from a California company has people wondering if more regulation is needed. Metz Fresh recalled 8,000 cartons of fresh spinach because of salmonella. Some business owners are saying this is proof that new regulations adopted last year are working; others think that there needs to be more regulation and testing by the FDA.
