During my last job, I had little to no experience in the field of web conferencing I mean, there isn’t a whole lot you need expertise in to bag groceries, right? Anyway, my move to the executive world was humbled by my complete lack of knowledge in business systems. Perhaps if the class I took in high school on the topic wasn’t taught by some football coach…. Oh well, that’s digging pretty far back to blame for my current problems.
